Fast and secure delivery with PostNord

Your order is sent with PostNord and is fully insured. Your goods will be shipped from our warehouse soon after payment has been made. Delivery time is longer due to market complications as well as high demand. When the order has arrived at your collection point, you will receive a notice by mail or text message. Alternatively, you are welcome to come and pick up your goods yourself at one of our offices in Stockholm on the same day that we notify you that we have received your payment. Should a delay of a shipment occur or if a product is not in stock, we will always contact you by email to provide detailed details of the delivery.

Insurance

The package is fully insured, and in the extremely unlikely event that the package is lost or damaged, we will resend the products or refund your money. The insurance is valid as long as the goods are transported and expires as soon as the carrier has received the recipient’s signature.

Package Tracking

As soon as we have delivered our package to the supplier (PostNord), the tracking number will be sent to your email address. On the postal service’s website, you can use their tracking tool together with the tracking number you have received and thus follow the transport of what you ordered.

Shipping costs

If you plan to place an order for both silver and gold, the shipping cost will be the more expensive of the two. For example, if you buy 100 grams of gold, which has a fee of 299 SEK, and 6000 grams of silver, which has a fee of 399 SEK, then the shipping cost of your order will be 399 SEK. In orders where you only buy silver, 25% of the shipping cost will be charged as VAT and this will also be clearly written on your receipt. Transactions where it is only about gold, have no VAT and thus the shipping does not need to be taxed on. If you place an order with both silver and gold, VAT will have to be paid, but only on the silver and silver VAT.
