Campaign Name: “Münze Österreich & Tavex Group – Summer Night Concert 2025!”

Organiser: Tavex Group represented in Sweden by Tavex AB, registration number 556671-1189  Smålandsgatan 9, 111 46 Stockholm, Sweden.

Campaign Description: Participants stand a chance to win a prize of 2 VIP tickets to the Summer Night Concert 2025 in Vienna, Austria held by Vienna Philharmonic. The prize includes 2x VIP tickets to the concert, 2x flight tickets to and from Vienna and accommodation for two people for two nights at a 4* hotel. To be eligible for participation customer would have to purchase one ounce of Münze Österreich (Austrian Mint) gold products of the year 2024 or 2025. Participants would have to make a registered (requires customer identification) purchase of at least one ounce of gold. Customers having made purchases amounting to a total of one ounce will automatically be entered in the campaign raffle.

Eligibility extends to the following period:

Promotion Period: 31^st October 2024, at 17:00 – 31^st December 2024, at 23:59.

1) Eligibility: Eligibility is restricted to permanent residents aged 18 and over from the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Hungary, United Kingdom, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Poland, Serbia, and Romania. Employees of Tavex AB and its affiliated companies within the Tavex Group, as well as their spouses, registered partners, live-in partners, and direct or collateral relatives are not eligible to participate. Participants are entered into the campaign raffle automatically upon submission of their personal data and registering the deal. One winner will be determined in each country.

2) How to Participate: During the campaign period, participants must purchase one ounce (1 oz) of Münze Österreich (Austrian Mint) gold products of the year 2024 or 2025. The product/products can be purchased at once or separately.

The products eligible for participation:

• 1 oz Austrian Philharmonic gold coin 2024
• 1 oz Austrian Philharmonic gold coin 2025

The purchase/purchases must be registered with customer identification. Unidentified deals are not eligible for entry.

3) Prize: “Münze Österreich & Tavex Group – Summer Night Concert 2025!” campaign is organised by Tavex AB and its affiliated companies within the Tavex Group (Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Hungary, United Kingdom, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Poland, Serbia, and Romania) with the support of Münze Österreich AG. Prizes are awarded on a country-specific basis with one winner determined in each participating country.

4) Draw and Notification of Winners: Winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries submitted during the campaign period, in accordance with these guidelines, within three (3) business days following the end of the campaign period at Tavex AB main office. Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. The promoter is not liable for any failure of the winner to receive the notification email due to it being directed to a spam folder or other reasons beyond the promoter’s control. If a winner does not qualify under the terms set forth herein, refuses to sign and return the prize transfer document, or cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days following the draw, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner, refuse to award the prize, and draw another winner.

5) Privacy and Data Protection: By participating, entrants’ consent to the processing of their personal data by Tavex AB as set out in its data protection policy, available at https://tavex.se/dataskyddspolicy-gdpr/. The processing of personal data will be in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.

6) Rights of the Organiser: The organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign at its sole discretion if necessary to ensure fairness or proper conduct of the campaign, including preventing potential fraud.

7) Tax Matters: The organiser will pay any taxes due on prizes as required by the laws of Sweden Tavex AB
