If you wish, you can also personally pick up your order at one of our offices in Stockholm after we notify you that your order is ready for pick up. In cases where we are unable to send your order right away, we will always inform you about the time delay.

Insurance

The package is fully insured and in the extremely unlikely event that the package is lost or damaged, we will re-ship the items or refund your money. The package is insured during delivery until the recipient signs for it.

Tracking
