There is no single maximum amount of investment gold you are allowed to travel with, but declaration rules may apply. From 1 April 2026, people entering or leaving Sweden must declare cash and certain similar assets worth EUR 10,000 or more, and some forms of investment gold may be included. Always check the current rules with Swedish Customs and in every country you are travelling to or through before your trip.
